Hello, I look forward to working with you!

I support individuals who contemplate making changes in their lives but might fear or
hesitate to take the first step. I’ll be here to warmly guide you on your journey. When you are
feeling lonely, powerless, or hopeless, it can be overwhelming to deal with your daily tasks.
Whether it involves the management of anger, stress, or compulsive behaviors, or the
improvement in your mood, self-esteem, or relationships, the goal in working together will
be to accentuate your strengths and walk alongside you on the path to healthy living.

I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and am licensed in North Carolina as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I began my post-
graduate counseling in Florida where I worked with children and adolescents with issues including attachment disorder, oppositional-defiance, physical and sexual abuse, anger,
and ADHD. I also provided intensive in-home family counseling and served the sexually
aggressive youth population. When I relocated to North Carolina, I continued working with
teens, adults, and families. I extended my scope of practice to include group therapy with
individuals who were convicted of sexual crimes. I currently offer individual, family, and
couples therapy in an empathic and judgment-free space.

My hope is to help empower you to take the lead in creating and living the best version of
your life.
