With locations in Cary, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina, NC, Simply Thrive provides the administrative support behind the scenes so our clinicians can focus on what they do best: building relationships, providing excellent care, and helping individuals dare to thrive, not just survive.
We handle scheduling support, billing, insurance credentialing, and marketing while you maintain the flexibility and autonomy to build a caseload and schedule what works for you.

What You'll Bring
We’re looking for therapists who are compassionate, motivated, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about the mental health field.
Candidates should have:
- Active and unrestricted LCMHCS, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, or LMFTA license in North Carolina.
- A master’s degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.
- Experience providing mental health counseling to one or more of our client populations.
- The ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and rapport.
- A collaborative mindset while also being comfortable working independently.
- A commitment to providing excellent, ethical, client-centered care.
- Availability for at least 15 sessions per week for part-time or 23+ sessions per week for full-time.
- Flexibility to offer appointment times that meet client and community needs.

- W-2 employment
- Competitive compensation with 50-56.25%+ fee splits for independently licensed therapists, based on weekly caseload
- Flexible scheduling
- Administrative and scheduling support
- Billing support
- Marketing support to help build and maintain your caseload
- Insurance credentialing and contracting managed for you with BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Evernorth
- Malpractice insurance coverage for full- and part-time employees
- Clinical consultation and team support
- Clinical supervision for associate-level therapists working toward independent licensure
- Health insurance for eligible employees
- Life insurance for eligible employees
- A collaborative environment where you can grow as a clinician while still maintaining your independence.
