Welcome to our “fees” page at Simply Thrive! Here you will find all of the information you need to understand the costs associated with our services. We want to ensure that all clients are aware of charges upfront when investing in therapy at our practice.


Here is a list of all of the insurance companies that we are in-network with:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (only through employers, not the marketplace)
  • United Healthcare
  • Tricare


If you are going to be paying out of pocket for our services, the estimated copay (our good faith estimate) per session would be $125 to meet with one of our licensed clinicians. If you’re interested in working with one of our licensed clinicians, check out our Meet the Therapists page

We also offer a reduced rate option if you are interested in meeting with one of our therapist interns for $30 per session. Information about our therapist interns can be found here


Blueprint is a HIPAA-compliant mobile platform/digital service that helps your clinician administer important assessments about health and wellness. These assessments can be completed via the Blueprint mobile app, SMS, or email. Measuring your progress through Blueprint may be considered a billable service by your provider towards your insurance plan and as a result may result in additional co-payments, amounts applied to deductibles, and other amounts that may be deemed the responsibility of the patient as required by contract with the insurance plan and state regulations. If you have insurance much of the cost may be covered. Many times, we need to submit the first claim to get the full amount due. If you would prefer not to use insurance we have another option available for $10.00 a week where you may use up to 10 assessments and have access to all homework.


Our cancellation policy is that clients are charged a $100 fee if they do not cancel more than 24 hours before their appointment or if they do not show up for their appointment.
