Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. You might not be sure where to begin, what to say, or even what you need. That’s okay. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very first conversation.

I’m a person-centered therapist, which means I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. You are the expert of your own life. Therapy is a space where we work together to better understand your experiences, make sense of what you’re going through, and build a path forward that actually fits you.

Rather than giving advice or telling you how to live, I focus on collaborating with you to explore what’s beneath the surface: your patterns, emotions, relationships, and challenges, so we can create meaningful, lasting change. I tailor each session using a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and more, depending on what works best for you.

Before moving into outpatient therapy, I spent years working in crisis settings, including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Mobile Crisis. Because of this, I’m comfortable supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, from everyday stress, motivation struggles, and family conflict, to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.

I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating:

  • Anxiety & overthinking

  • Depression & low motivation

  • ADHD & executive functioning struggles

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Emotional regulation & anger

  • Self-harm & suicidal thoughts

  • Relationship and family challenges

  • Substance use

  • Parenting stress

  • Or even just a general sense of feeling “stuck”

You don’t have to have the perfect words for what you’re feeling to start therapy. We can figure that out together. You don’t have to navigate this alone; I’d be honored to support you.
