Hi, I’m Hayley Hook (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience supporting children and families through life’s toughest challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Indiana State University and my Master of Social Work from Indiana University.

Parenting a child through emotional storms, behavioral challenges, or trauma is perhaps the hardest work there is. I work with children ages 5 and up who are navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, bullying, social-emotional challenges, family conflict, abuse or neglect, and school-related concerns. Kids often come feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed, unable to express what’s happening inside; I create a space where they feel seen, safe, and able to discover their strengths.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Using play-based interventions, mindfulness, and creative expression, I help kids process emotions, manage behaviors, and build the confidence they need to thrive at home, school, and in life. I’m AutPlay Certified and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
