Hello and Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can take a breath, feel understood, and show up just as you are. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a warm, supportive space built on trust, authenticity, and genuine human connection.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, and stress related to school, work, or relationships. I understand how heavy life can feel when emotions begin to impact daily routines, relationships, or your sense of self.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Sessions with me are often calm, supportive, and reflective, with space to talk things through while also building practical tools you can use outside of therapy. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), always meeting clients where they are emotionally and moving at a pace that feels right for them.

With experience supporting clients across the lifespan in healthcare, school-based, and community settings, I bring patience, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I value curiosity, empathy, and partnership, and I believe each person has strengths and resilience into the therapeutic process, even during difficult seasons.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more balanced and aligned.
