Using Narrative Therapy, I can help you draft and refine the story of your life, identify core values and beliefs, and look for ways to apply those values to strengthen your sense of self. As a therapist, I employ warmth, humor, and curiosity to create a space where you can identify and bring down the barriers keeping you from who you want to be. As a social worker, my perspective will take into account both structural factors contributing to your struggles and the interpersonal factors at play. And because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, our sessions will be tailored to your needs and therapeutic goals.
I see individuals from 5 to 75 years old, couples, and families. I have a lot of experience working with neurodivergent individuals as well as mixed neurotype couples navigating communication issues and executive function-related struggles. With couples and families, we will pinpoint & disrupt problematic cycles and replace them with meaningful connection.
In my work with you, I aim to create an environment where you feel understood and gain a sense of agency over the trajectory of your life. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
