Hello!

My name is Sally Isaac-Matta, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage,
Couple, and Family Counseling at Messiah University in Pennsylvania.

As an Egyptian American who immigrated to the U.S. in 2008, I have experienced life across different countries and cultures. I understand what it’s like to navigate through challenges, seeking stability, building new relationships, and finding peace of mind in unfamiliar settings.

It is both an honor and a joy to walk alongside you on your journey of self discovery, exploring your strengths, learning new life skills, and finding ways to cope with challenges. While the path may sometimes be difficult, it is also deeply meaningful and transformative. Becoming the best version of yourself is a journey worth taking.

My background in teaching has shown me the uniqueness of every individual and the profound value of each person’s soul. This perspective has enriched my counseling approach and deepened my commitment to supporting personal growth.

I work with children (ages 6 and up), adults, and couples. I support clients navigating
anxiety, mild depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the search for meaning and purpose.

I look forward to meeting you and beginning this meaningful journey together!
