Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey with you!

I am Tambria and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relational challenges, codependency, postpartum depression, perinatal therapy, attachment styles, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and addiction. I received my undergrad degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and my master’s at Union University in Jackson, TN. I primarily work with girls/boys (ages 13-17), adult women (ages 18+) and families.

I believe healing happens best in an environment rooted in compassion, authenticity, and trust. Meeting with clients where they are and partnering with them to explore patterns, build healthier boundaries, strengthen self-care, and move toward meaningful and lasting change is important to me.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based – drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Talk Therapy, Family Therapy, and Biblical/Christian counseling for those who desire a faith-based perspective.

I am committed to walking alongside my clients with warmth, empathy, and hope—helping them grow in self-understanding, resilience, and confidence as they move toward healing and wholeness.

If you allow, I would love to help you navigate this journey with you – by your side … one step at a time.
